Your lease will be sent to you digitally via docusign; or if preferred can be signed in office with your Property Manager. Your Property Manager will discuss these options with you. At the time of signing the lease you will be provided a full copy of your lease & the required copies of your condition report. It is essential to note that you are provided with 7 days to complete and return a signed copy of your condition report to our office. Failure to return a signed copy within 7 days deems the original copy to be correct & will be relied upon during vacating & at any NCAT hearings if a dispute arises.
